Shipping
All Aiko Art items are shipped from Barcelona (Spain), inside a special box to protect the order. They are sent within the first 72 business hours after payment is confirmed, to the address that the Customer has specified when placing the order.
The price of shipping varies according to the destination, being a fixed amount regardless of the products included in the package and as indicated below:
- Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: €4.95.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €9.
- Europe (Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, France, Croatia, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, the Netherlands, Malta, Austria, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland and Sweden): €12.
However, the Customer can obtain free shipping if their order exceeds a minimum amount (not including discount coupons), as detailed below: Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: €100. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €120. Europe: €170. If the Customer is outside the European Economic Area, they are responsible for any additional customs charges and local taxes, as long as they are applicable. It is the Customer's duty to review their local policies and regulations on international packages.
In the event that the Client receives a damaged or damaged package, this must be noted on the delivery note provided by the courier company at the time of delivery of the order. They are responsible for ensuring that the product arrives in perfect condition, and under no circumstances will Aiko Art assume responsibility for damages suffered during transport.
Delivery times
Shipments will be managed through the Correos company. All packages will be sent with a delivery record and tracking number so that the Client can locate their order at all times.
Delivery times will start counting from the moment the carriers pick up the package at Aiko Art's facilities, and will be as follows:
Shipments to mainland Spain have an estimated delivery time of 48-72 business hours.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla have an estimated transit time of 3-5 business days.
Shipments within Europe have variable delivery times depending on the destination, generally between 5 and 7 business days.
Aiko Art recommends being prepared and, if the Client needs something urgently, to communicate this by attaching a comment when placing the order, or by contacting us directly via email at aikoart.handmade@gmail.com before formalizing your purchase.
Impossibility of delivery
After these 15 days, if the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to Aiko Art or the transport company, the package will be returned to Aiko Art, which will try to arrange a new delivery address, after payment of the amount corresponding to the new shipment.
If after a second shipment, the impossibility of delivery is repeated, the package will return again to Aiko Art and the Customer will lose the right to claim the products they have purchased.
In the event that the impossibility of delivery is due to errors or omissions in the delivery address data not attributable to Aiko Art, the package will be returned as soon as the problem is detected. Aiko Art will contact the Customer to confirm the correct information and will proceed to resend the order upon payment of new shipping costs.
